India Awakens... Ting Ton Savior

India Awakens... Ting Ton Savior

All the fuss these days about making people aware about voting asking them to vote specially to the generation X and off course Y. Generation, known by the alphabets appearing at the end of tail. BACK BENCHERS. Every thing starts with wasup and thing which count is how kool u are. No I am not also of a special type differing from them in any aspect, similar thinking, similar outlook.
Every news channel is it the most dramatic Aaj Tak or so called for the well educated and sensible people NDTV (English Only); every channel is flashing this thing only. How the youth is awakening and letting others to rise. BE THE SAVIORS OF DEMOCRACY, BE THE SAVIOR OF INDIA. How can I forget the kool RJ’s talking about it, Looser Lokesh, man learn it from them it is kool if you have the mark.
To hell with it. What are you selling, what all the fuss is about? You are not telling people why to vote you are telling them, it’s a tattoo GO GET IT.

You are not talking about we are being robbed by these bunch of corrupt politicians cause we do note vote, why the correct voice never gets heard in the house, why you are scared to be right. Till now only the naive villagers or the Jhuggi wall was voting that’s why the politicians are surviving. But what is the difference between a slum guy who is voting for chicken and desi, and this motivated educated youth whom will vote because it is in. Is this about selling fashion, is this all about being similar to that page three guy whom I heard on that talk show.

If this is called rising and awakening, I would rather prefer to sleep. Listening to all this some times I feel like slapping the anchor uttering this crap (nothing Personal).
Its high time people should realize what politics is and what democracy is. What is governance and yes what is good governance. Where would we head, if we are going to get the good governance.
It’s not about getting rid of the bunch of old players of this game of politics, its not about being in favors of congress or BJP or perhaps the third front. Some of these alliance are not even strong enough to stand, leave alone walking the path and they talk about stability, moving the nation forward, and what not. It is not also about bringing in any bodies son or daughter, or that filmstar, or even that socialite.
It’s about learning that who fits right in the job, and if nobody fit for the throne why is it so.
Rise, not to get the kool mark on your nail or to impress your girlfriend, but rise only if you want to understand how important it is to have a good government, how your freedom and wel being along with the collective well being of the nation depends on it.
Yes “agar aap vote nahi kar rahe ho to so rahe ho” lekin agar aap voting ka purpose he nahi jante aur vote kar rahe ho to aap kabhee jag nahi sakte aur na he yeh desh jagega.
Vote karomagar khuli ankhon se. Vote not because anybody is asking you to do so, but to get a responsible government, so that next time the government bows down in front of any international power you can ask them who gave this right to them, so that the good policies which are made should not remain just on paper but get implemented on ground level, so that you do not have to wait and die but still do not get justice, so that next time when they come to ask for your vote you can choose to reward them or to slap them, so that you do not have to beg to anybody for the right of no vote (why should I give my vote if all ineligible candidates are standing, so that next time none of them muster up courage to stand up in election and face you.
Don’t be generation X or Y just be a person who never learned to bow down to any power to any temptation, cause you have not only studied but also learned to differentiate between right and wrong, cause you do count, cause you not just claim your rights but with all heart accept your responsibilities too and fulfill them.
Let them learn that we still believe in power of “WE the PEOPLE”, let al learn that pawns are not for sacrifice but they are the wall, the castle, you mess with them and you fall.

  1. Gud post but content isn't unique, sounds like a typical NRI view abt india.Every one knows the problem, what no one knows is the concrete solution and implementation of the same.India is a unique democratic nation with near abt 150 crore population with problems including Education, Hindu - Muslim riots, caste system, Child labour,Unemployment....infinite, so solution need to be unique.
