Surprised yet again!
calm of the sea ever tempting
invited...
I venture in deep blue,
ignored the memories
of its last plunder,
robbed my motives
dumped me on thy shore half dead...
Yet again, knowingly oblivious
To thy uncertain nature,
Off to voyage.
Wooden boat with a white sail
Riding high in good faith
befriend the crusader,
merciless and brutal...
Inviting calm of thy,
I dared to venture far
Shores blurred,
now vanished completely.
Sight could catch just the mighty blue...
Calm grew deep inside me
In tune to placid water
surrendered my oars, and laid down.
Watched virgin clouds,
flirt with sun.
White Greek clouds...
Eyes submitted too...
felt the calmness touch me,
and grew within.
Ah! A life in few moments
attracts to venture in the sea.
unabashed and carefree...
thy mood can change,
once ‘white’ clouds
next dark demons.
conspire with the storm
to shower havoc, coax the waves
to rise high, with a roar
fanatic attempt to kiss eve
Sea watching this orgy,
Will raise thy brows
To snatch back thy keep,
pull waves back in.
A war between the wildest
lovers, breaching the sanctity
to mark thy impression
muddle and try to conquer the waves
lost in my calm
caught in middle of the war
I may end up losing all
My calm, faith and innocence
Or witness the biggest of tussles
still emerge unhurt and braver
all is scripted deep inside
too involved in calm
I chose to keep eyes closed
live every bit of it…carefree...

Morning Walk...
A wet morning...walk on wet green grass, barefooted I felt the earth beneath my feet…wet sticky bit filthy but felt better then satin... Rain drops falling on me, and slowly I am all drenched...Small streams of water started to flow from my hair to forehead, and made way down on to my face...touching edges of my cheeks & a big one traveling on my nose...and the collectively merged on my wet lips...the touch is so soft and tender...as if kissing the rose petals..I can feel the earthen smell, wet soil and fresh washed leaves. A walk on the black narrow road with trees bent over it...as if this was a never ending walk...at least I won’t like it to get over.
I can hear melody in my ears, the sound of leaves flutter, birds chirp, splash of water, gushing streams, wind, horn from a distance, shouting school kids…and off course the orchestra inside my head...It was a perfect concert...
The grey cover on the sky mostly leaves me in a state of melancholy, but today it made me smile. It came from within...ah! I am happy, cannot overcome this unbounded joy, gush of happiness. Cannot contain myself, just had a smooth ride in this flow...
All those dead trees and bushes around me…reduced to burnt charcoal by blistering summer in this city of concrete suddenly became alive...life was oozing out, flowing on uneven track...along the cracks of dead bark, playing with each leave, kissing the creepers mounted atop the trees as if a crown…monsoon glory at full...
Oops, I stepped in puddle, but this is fun...to play with the rain water and to become a kid again...
It was bliss to get up early and see this beautiful painting, of which I was a tiny part...

Rising with sun
Eager to see the dawn,
I lay awake at sea shore,
Waiting for my dawn!
Sun will rise from that farthest corner,
Separating sky from sea
The rays of light faded then sharp,
Will fall on water, will spread across the sky,
Painting the canvas with color,
Colors changing, and
Changing scene with every stroke of that brush,
I am cold I am wet,
My eyes are dull and weak
Weak to face the light,
Slowly with its rising head,
It will fill my dead eyes with life,
I will feel the warmth seeping in my skin,
Penetrating even further touching the soul
Oh! That would be the dawn,
I am waiting for,
Waiting to catch with life again,
Life will flow through my cold blood,
Colors of the canvas will shine in my eyes
I lay awake at sea shore,
Waiting for my dawn!
Sun will rise from that farthest corner,
Separating sky from sea
The rays of light faded then sharp,
Will fall on water, will spread across the sky,
Painting the canvas with color,

Waves n moon
Thy rose high, to touch sky
& grab the moon, make it live near by
went higher and higher,
Rocking the ships sailing by night,
Drowning people, death winning fight,
Thy greed became so strong,
That it went beyond the sea,
& banged church’s gong
Lives are lost & places are ruined
Hope lost, faith n happiness doomed
Just for thy lust n desire,
Waves conspired with tempest,
Just for thy lust………..
& grab the moon, make it live near by
went higher and higher,
Rocking the ships sailing by night,
Drowning people, death winning fight,
Thy greed became so strong,
That it went beyond the sea,
& banged church’s gong
Lives are lost & places are ruined
Hope lost, faith n happiness doomed
Just for thy lust n desire,
Waves conspired with tempest,
Just for thy lust………..
Mother Nature
Mother Nature seasons all,
Man frowns,
So he can’t reasons all!
In frenzy he digs her heart,
womb in which he grows,
he tries to tear apart,
but still she feeds them all,
He mourns & digs deep,
Bliss is in acceptance,
Which he doesn’t know.
& still living in ignorance,
he tries to quarry gold,
but ends up with fool's gold,
thus goes on thy unending quest.
digging deeper & deeper,
but still finding no solace no rest!
Mother wants to teach,
His intentions are put to test,
He fails & in bid to succeed,
He stoops in exceed,
Affluent he becomes,
Leaving himself hollowed.
Hollowed as if eaten by termites,
hollow as crying within and laughing outside,
hollow like the tree,
falling down in gush of air,
still she loves, nurtures & cares,
she showers love in all her words,
Still she bestows her riches,
His longing for happiness,
Brings him back to nature,
She pours her heart out,
Subtle, serene & calmly she pours,
He drinks the nectar,
Intoxicated & rejuvenated,
He soars,
To become moron!
Moron but still her beloved child,
That’s why she blessed him with,
eyes to sparkle & lips to smile,
stubborn yet favorite,
giving countless chance to rise after fall
Who says mother is impartial,
Yes she is partial, partial to child called man,
Showering him with nectar,
Sending clouds to save him from tan.
Mother contours,
Amazed Man,
Bewildered by her beauty & enigma,
Satisfies his hunger,
C raves for more,
Mother still truly & kindly,
Keeps on pouring,
From the cradle till death bed,
Embraces him,
Even after death, cuddles him up.
But thy lust makes him see,
just his gains,
& thy ignorant of her pains,
Pains given by him,
killing her other Childs,
wasting her gifts &
breaking all rules,
how long she would bear,
wounds inflicted upon her.
She suffers & bleeds,
Still she worry for him,
Treats her wounds as his right,
Bestowed to him for unknown reasons,
She gives & just gives,
Shattered, Betrayed & disappointed,
Mends herself just to serve,
That’s her nature,
That’s why we know her as Nature!
Not jus mother her daughter too,
serves him this way,
taking al the pains,
thinking of no gain
She comes from far land,
crossing mountains, tackling stones,
reaches to him, satisfying his thirst,
giving water to plants to grow,
and satisfy thy hunger,
Obedient sister, she is river
Flowing not to gain,
But to blend,
Tides up & down to amaze,
Shows her fury,
At the apathetic face of him,
Comes back to her nature,
Flows silently & calmly,
Surges with gush of water,
In her banks, keeps her flow,
Man surrounded by nature,
To learn & to become,
To bear & to adore.
Little grains roll,
& reach to that small pond,
left behind by her,
Drenching themselves in her nectar,
They start spreading wings,
wings of life,
Life giving life to man,
thus she keeps on showering thy,
love n blessings,
she makes the life move on,
will remain there till eternity,
even when
many of his generations are gone.
Teaching him to stand up,
Stand up tall,
In front of all odds
She is dug,
Yields water,
She is sowed,
Harvests gold,
She is the base,
Gives a hold,
She is mined,
Yields coal, petrol & gold,
Man inflicts scars,
She takes the toil,
Quakes, slides but still holds,
Sources the life &,
Sustains the life,
The only planet,
Home to the species,
Maker of the heaven,
Yes, heaven on the earth,
That’s earth!
He looted her,
of all her beauty of all her jewels
kept on poking her,
giving innumerable sorrows,
but even in thy outburst,
she warned him before,
to go away far,
far from the danger zone,
She gave him all the places,
all the wealth,
but asked for nothing,
but always giving,
She is the essence of all
life begins with her

Beautiful o'
Beautiful o’ morning
beautiful the evening
but think of the dusty n crowded noon
Bright the sky, bright the faces
clear the lanes
all& all working hard
spinning gold out of hay
Sun in middle showering heat
People sweating hard in busy street
laughing &enjoying work
in spite the roasting heat
Beautiful o’ morning
beautiful the evening
but prettiest of all the dusty noon
Beauty of thy in sweat of brow
in people standing in row
in players playing the game
in old man’s hand weaving on the frame
This is the truth of noon
not morning’s dream
it’s the truth
Life realms.
